Negative Reply to Quarterly Billing Request

Your letter requesting that we bill you quarterly rather than monthly presents us with a problem. As much as we would like to accommodate you, your request would result in your firm receiving preferential treatment. This would be unfair to all our customers who must settle their accounts within 30 days. If we did in fact offer quarterly terms requested to all our customers, we would soon be out of business. I am sure you can understand our position in this matter.
